About a year and a half ago Russ who was (and is) living in South America, predicted that Cumbia was going to become hip. Good ears Russ. In a way, the wheels were already in motion, but I don't think Russ knew that. Like Charles Darwin and Alfred Russel Wallace drafting similar theories of natural selection at the same time separate from one another? Yeah. Lo and behold, glossy magazine as gospel, Fader is spreading the word of Cumbia.
